Thank you for shopping at LAGAMAD ONLINE STORE. We are committed to processing and delivering orders accurately, securely, and within the timelines outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will receive an email notification with tracking details once the order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Ground Shipping

  • Shipping Cost: $5.00 USD (Flat Rate)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

3. Order Fulfillment & Tracking

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows the package as delivered but it has not been received, customers must first contact the shipping carrier. We will assist further once the carrier has been contacted.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to fast order processing, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
