1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or stains.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, protective materials, and original tags fully attached.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@lagamad.com and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@lagamad.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

  3. Approved items must be shipped back within five (5) business days.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Restocking Fees:
We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
